Frequent Questions
- What types of art files do you accept?
All files must be 300 dpi at the actual print size. Preferred file types are .PSD, .AI, .PDF, .EPS. If you are submitting Illustrator files, send with no clipping mask and all text converted to outlines on a solid background. - Do you have a minimum order?
Designs with 1-2 ink colors may order as few as 24 pieces, designs with 3 or more ink colors will require 50 or more pieces. - What is your average turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is two weeks from the time the order is officially submitted (Sizing, Artwork, Deposit). If you need your order sooner, please let us know and we’ll discuss the available options to accommodate your needs. - What is your standard print size?
Our standard screen size is 14” Wide x 18” Tall. - How long does shipping take?
We ship from our production facility in Roanoke, Va (24013). Please reference the map below for the estimated ground transit time to your location. - Do you carry _______ brand?
Probably. There is only a limited amount of apparel that we do not have access to, so let us know what you are looking for and we’ll find it. - Can I order 100 shirts with 2 separate designs?
Yes, each design would be considered a separate order. - How about 100 shirts with the same design, but two different ink colors?
Definitely, it’s called a Mid-Run Ink Change - Can you ship shirts to us while we’re on tour?
No problem. Please discuss your tour dates with your sales rep, we’ll make it happen. - How do we specify ink colors?
Super easy! Reference a Pantone chart and the associated PMS number. Be sure to let us know which Pantone book you are using. - Can you print over a seam?
Yes, and we offer a couple solutions for this type of job. Please contact your sales rep so they can discuss the options available. - I want to print on the hood, and I want another print that looks like it’s coming out of the pocket.. is that possible?
Yes, please contact your sales rep so they can discuss the options available. - Do you offer relabeling?
Yes, we do. We offer both screen printed tags as well as custom woven labels. To submit a screen printed tag simply create a label for each size. If the shirt is made with removable labels we’ll simply pop those out. If the tag is sewn in, we’ll cut the tag out as closely as possible to the seam. If we have to cut the tag, there is no guarantee that the original tag will be completely gone. We suggest using a light grey ink for the tag, as that works well on almost all apparel colors. - What if something is wrong with my order?
Please inspect your order within 48 hour of receipt. If something is wrong, please contact your sales rep and we’ll make it right!
